Special Pass — Short-Term Work Authorization
Short-term authorization to work in Kenya while a permit application is pending.
What Makes This Hard
Start Dates Under Threat
A confirmed start date can be put at risk when a full work permit is still pending, with no bridge in place to authorize work in the meantime.
Applied For Too Late
Special Pass requests are sometimes made only once a delay has already become urgent, narrowing the options available.
